Faraz Karbasi is the Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Aesthetic Partners. 

Prior to founding Aesthetic Partners, he was a Private Equity Associate at Persistence Capital Partners and held several roles in healthcare consulting and operations including Corporate Strategy and M&A at Pharmascience, and Management Consultant at ZS Associates. 

Faraz received an MBA from Harvard Business School.
