Courtney is the Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Aesthetic Partners. 

Prior to founding Aesthetic Partners, she invested in businesses across healthcare at the Carlyle Group. 

Courtney also previously worked at Deutsche Bank on the Healthcare investment banking team. She has additionally held roles at Johnson & Johnson in Digital Health Partnerships and at Victress Capital, a seed venture capital firm focused on investments in female-founded digital brands. 

Courtney received an MBA from Harvard Business School.
