Andrew founded his family investment office, Saltoun Capital, after his successful tenure as the CEO of Integra Partners, a technology enabled healthcare services company. 

Under Andrew’s leadership, Integra Partners scaled from 13 employees to over 150, built an in-house operational software platform, grew revenues and EBITDA 400%. 

Before his transition to operational leadership, Andrew has held roles at Goldman Sachs and Vestar Capital Partners.  He holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
